MOONEE VALLEYMOSHE(Race 3, No. 2)He's done well since his last-start win, he's good and fine. He has a lot of weight, in fact I don't think he's that well weighted at all, but he will be genuinely competitive.PONTIANA(Race 4, No. 2)Nice filly coming back more to her grade here and I am sure she will be very competitive.ROSEHILLSHADOWOFEXCELLENCE(Race 2, No. 9)It's a very hard race and he's probably not that well off under the weight conditions but he's done well. It will be a tough test, he'll certainly be in the mix.MALUCKYDAY(Race 5, No. 8)He's done well, he's fine, and I'm very pleased he's drawn a nice gate. The distance should suit because that's a trip he's been leading up to.DAO DAO(Race 6, No. 7)Racing very well but, having said that, he's not that well off at the weights. But you couldn't find a more genuine racehorse than him and while he's a cog under the best, he'll certainly be in the mix in this race.LOVE CONQUERS ALL(Race 6, No. 9)Racing well and is in good form and I expect a forward showing.RAINBOW STYLING:(Race 8, No. 3)Nice horse who has done well since his first-up run and appears to like racing at Rosehill. I've booked Chris Munce to ride him as he was successful on him last year at Caulfield. Honest and bound to be in the mix.ROSEHILLBESA BOLA(Race 1, No. 6)He went a bit keenly last start but I thought he toughed it out pretty well. He comes into this a bit fitter and the extra 100 metres will suit.PALACIO DE CRISTAL(Race 3, No. 4)She ran well last time, despite not liking the soft ground. It's not going to be easy against More Joyous, but she'll run very well.TRIPLE SIX(Race 4, No. 11)She has a few quirks and is still a maiden, but there is no doubting her raw ability. She probably should have finished a bit closer last start, as she got into some trouble in the straight. This is harder again but I feel she will be competitive.ILOVETHISCITY(Race 6, No. 14)He's gone on very well since his win in the Randwick Guineas. He's moving up to take on the weight-for-age horses so is going to have to stand up. There looks to be plenty of speed in the race and he should be finishing off strongly.
