Man Trampled By His Horse

A MAN was trampled by his horse on an East Branxton property yesterday.

Police said his arm was broken after his horse became agitated, bucked him off and trampled him about 11am.

The Westpac Rescue helicopter was sent to the Church Street property but was called off after paramedics arrived on the scene and treated the man, 38, for several injuries.

He was taken to Maitland District Hospital for treatment.
