Christine Scully PositionCEO, Chief Practitioner, College Principal ProfileChristine holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Equine Studies) and was the first person in Australia to gain First Class Honours in her field. Since then Christine has successfully undertaken Certificates in Relaxation Massage, Sports Massage, Naturopathy and Veterinary Botanical Medicine, Chinese Cupping, Ear and body candling, Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment and Ipsalu Kriya Yoga Teacher Training. Since this time Christine has worked with many horses from elite athletes to children’s ponies, assisting both the horse and the owner in developing techniques to overcome illness and reduced performance. Christine’s many years of experience in the Equine Industry includes massage and natural therapy practice since 1993, lecturing positions at Charles Sturt University and Temora TAFE, plus research into equine nutrition, gait analysis and genetics of performance. Christine was one of the five founding member to commence the Holistic Animal Therapy Association of Australia (HATAA). Always committed to effective equine health care, Christine is often requested to speak at conferences and expos, including Equitana, as she willingly shares her knowledge with all to enhance the health care provided to horses. It is this commitment that has lead to the development of the professional Diploma in Equine Tactile Therapy, the formation of ACATT, the training of highly knowledgeable and professional equine therapists, plus the development of a busy practice and retail outlet in Monbulk Victoria. We hope you will join us in learning and sharing the knowledge for the better care of all horses. |
